Terms and Conditions of Horse Sales
- Horse will be sold "as is" - we promise only that the horse is up to date on shots and worming, and to give full disclosure of what we know of the horse's history.
- Horse must be paid for in FULL before they will be picked up or delivered.
- We do not "finance" horses - we ask that you have the amount required to purchase the horses prior to your inquiry.
- A boarding fee will be implemented of $5/day if the horse is not picked up within 48 hours of payment, unless otherwise specified at time of sale.
- We will initiate transfer of registration papers upon reciept of payment.
- Cash or Check ONLY. Checks must have cleared before physical transfer may occur.
- Rocking 45 Farm will issue an Arizona Bill of Sale.
- Delivery is available for those within 200 miles of Yuma, AZ - mileage fees apply, inquire for details
